Nutrition Lab
This lab is designed to assist the learner to acquire wide range of knowledge of dietetics in Indian settings & to understand the concepts of "Nutrition, Health & Disease" while planning the diet for individuals and groups in the hospital and in the community.
Nutrition Lab is fully equipped with modern electronic gadgets like food processor, refrigerator and other utensils for practical demonstration with A-Class working tables. Central gas supply is available in the kitchen and the concept of special dietary requirements as per the disease conditions is explained and demonstrated in the lab by the subject experts.
Nutrition lab is equipped with all the facilities for the students to assess the nutritional needs and to prepare different menus for various disease conditions. This well ventilate lab has the capacity to accommodate 30- 50 students for their interactive training in nutrition.
